Astra Rafael Comsys Pvt. Ltd. (ARC) is a Joint Venture between Astra Microwave Products Ltd (AMPL), India and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd, Israel. ARC is India's first private sector military grade Software Defined Radio (SDR) manufacturing facility.

Spread across an area of 48,000 sq.ft., the ARC plant in Hardware Tech-Park (In the close vicinity of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA)), Hyderabad will enable production of high-end state-of-the-art SDR, Electronic Warfare and SIGINT systems within the country.

ARC will be engaged in India to develop, produce and integrate high-end digital communication systems within the country, including a wide range of technologies and products like Software Defined Radio, ESM technology and Cognitive Radio.
